I've been getting my nails done here for a year now and my lashes done for a few months, and I definitely plan to keep coming! Julie especially is an extremely hard-working nail tech and all the employees here make sure each customer has a positive experience. She pays attention to detail and works efficiently with her outstanding skills. As far as pricing goes, I honestly think they undercharge considering their quality. I would just recommend making an appointment! They're busy for good reason.

The language barrier and a chair that is clearly not working at end near windows, kinda made me feel sad. I just really needed my feet n mani done during a work break. It would be nice if they bought a new or used massage peti chair that works. Sometimes you are greatful to get an appointment on a busy weekend . But all that said this is what makes people avoid going back regularly. The lady who did my petticure was kind.

Though the nail art is decent the operational management requires work. They are picky and inconsistent with appointments. There are two separate occasions where appointments were made in advance and when arrived technician has started someone else’s nails or technician instructs to come back at a delayed time. They also advertise walk-ins however upon arrival you can be turned down— this has happened on a few occasions. It’s super confusing to know how to get a confirmed spot at this location. I respect that business can be unpredictable but establishing rapport and honoring appointment agreements are critical to relationship building.
