I first came here a few weeks ago when I got tired of looking at the dead tree in the front yard of my new house and decided it was time to finally replace it, since Landsea refused to replace all the dead trees in everyone's front yard. I had the best interaction with absolutely no pressure to buy from the employee who assisted me. Devin was polite and professional, and the whole process of selecting trees was a breeze. I was given little white flags to put where the different trees were going to go and install day came, I wasn't home to see the crew, but I came home to a beautiful tree in the front and another in the back yard. Sales rep was helpful. Showed us a lot of options we didn’t know about and found us a great looking tree in our budget. I stall crew was phenomenal. They were prompt and efficient and did a really great job.
I had a fantastic experience with Moon Valley Arcadia. I wanted to update my overgrown yard and the staff at Moon Valley were an absolute pleasure to deal with. The entire process from my initial visit to the planting was seamless. I dealt primarily with Kelley Mace as well as the other Kelly who I believe is a manager. I used a whole variety of their services including pruning of a mature pecan tree, tree removal, as well as the installation of a 10-foot true date palm, a baby Canary Island (pineapple) date palm, and two weber agave plants. The staff were exceedingly professional and courteous, and I am very happy with the results. Highly recommended.
