Bob's Tropicals Inc. offers beautiful and healthy live plants with great success rates. Customers praise the top-notch customer service, noting friendly and knowledgeable staff who are helpful and passionate. The business provides excellent care, including trims and polishing for plants, and wraps them for safe transport. They also offer good quality fake plants. Bob's Tropicals Inc. is known for affordable prices and small business quality service.
This place is a gem; one of the last mom and pop stores out there. Yes, you'll be greeted by Bob and he can tell you anything you want to know about plants. Writes you a paper receipt. Helps you out to your car with purchases. Small shop so small inventory - that's how it works, no biggie. We found three small plants that worked perfectly. To those complaining about the locked door, the neighborhood isn't the greatest - do you blame him? Bob is older and comes to the door when you knock - easy. Thanks, Bob!

Bob is so friendly and knowledgeable about plants! Bob and his team service a lot of the office buildings in Phoenix, which is where I met him. I chat with him and bombard him with questions every Thursday on his rotations and he’s always friendly and patient with me! Excited to visit his shop for my own house plants! Highly recommend!

Bob is great and has some beautiful plants! He is going to install 8 hanging plants in my business and also is going to take care of them! Will have updated photos when they are installed! But great service so far and affordable! Thank you!
