So today I had an appointment with Alex and he was really nice and friendly, but I don’t think I like his massage technique. The entire massage was mainly just forearms being used and elbows but I prefer more hands to be used than elbows and forearms. It just doesn’t feel as good. Just disappointing. I feel bad to complain because he was very nice.
Great place! Always friendly and helpful at the front desk and my masseuse (Tom and Danielle) are absolutely amazing! I go every month on their program, it helps me remember to take care of myself.
Love coming to this convenient location right at the Norterra shops! Erin (my wax specialist, not me) is so friendly, makes me feel comfortable, and does a fantastic detailed job for all of my wax services.
