“Found out about the dojo via ClassPass. Had no idea what to expect from a “super hero training” class. Holy cow. It was so fun, we did various things up in the air, threw lots of punches, and yelled to pump ourselves up. We did aerial silk things like getting up with one leg, building a hammock, and punching a bag while hanging upside down. We did rings for shoulder mobility and flipping around. We raised ourselves on ropes, hooked around a punching bag and beat it up. Climbing and spinning on poles. There was so much that went on and I don’t want to spoil it all, you need to try it yourself.“
