Ky-Ko Roofing is a great company. They consistently do good, quality work that is guaranteed for many years. I've used Ky-Ko Roofing for at least 20 years. This year, I had to get my roof replaced. They completed the work in one day which was great because my dogs and cats had no idea what the heck was going on and were freaking out a little bit. Kyko first replaced my roof five years ago and they did an excellent job. It was typical Arizona foam with a large section of old terracotta tiles and they sourced great tiles to augment what was there which helped bring down the cost. Recently they did a free inspection and recoat which allowed me to extend my warranty. As always, the crew was prompt and courteous, very careful with debris and just overall so pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this company.
