Fransisco serviced our A/C unit this morning and he was very professional. He explained in terms that I could understand, what he was going to do and after the tune up, he explained what he did. Walked me through what had been done and demonstrated that it was all working perfectly. Asked if there was anything else that could be done. Cleaned up the work area when done.
