Dr. Hoppert is best in class for patient attentiveness and getting results. She spent a lot of time educating me about my dry eyes and provided the “why” for the regimen that she proposed, which was essential because it requires time, commitment, and consistency to get results and it can be tedious - but the “why” kept me going. Her many, many tests revealed corneal nerve damage from my eyes not sealing completely while I sleep at night, and thus my tear layer dried out and the nerves were affected likely over decades. I had gone to see Dr. Hoppert two days ago to consult about my dry eye condition. I had gone with my physician wife for the consult so I could grasp the details of the condition and treatment plans. What we experienced there at the clinic can be best described as a Master Class in diagnosis and treatment. She was professional, compassionate, courteous and very detail oriented. I suffered from a dry eye disease for 14 years. No other ophthalmologist was able to help. With Dr Hoppert’s knowledge, and care I am now pain free. My eyes are on the road to recovery.
