Mark from Howard Air came today to do our free 6 month maintenance check on the HVAC unit they installed last Fall. We appreciated that he was on time, giving us a call when he was on his way. The access to our attic is challenging, to say the least, but he got up there and did a really thorough exam & assessment, taking pictures to show us what was up there. After checking the condenser, he even checked our hot water tank for leaks. We were extremely pleased with Mark’s efficiency and his ability to explain everything to us. I had to replace one of my HVAC units in my home. I've used Howard air on multiple properties and I've always been satisfied. Quality equipment and expert service. I called them and in two days Jacob and David showed up right on time this morning and replaced the unit. They were efficient, well-mannered and very easy to work with, even with my dog in the way sometimes. They did a great job! For the quality of the unit I got and for the efficiency and expertise of the install, the price was very fair. I always use Howard air for any of my heating or cooling needs.
