Office staff was friendly and attentive. Check in was speedy. Medical assistant and Doctor took the time to explain everything that they did. I felt heard by the doctor as she took the time to listen to and address any concerns that I had.

I am so grateful for Dr. Deatherage who is not only knowledgeable and thorough, but genuinely caring and patient. She always takes the time to listen, answer my questions, and make sure I feel comfortable and understood. It is very clear that she truly cares about her patients and wants the very best for them. I never feel rushed or dismissed, and I always leave feeling reassured and confident that I am in good hands. She is an exceptional doctor, and I feel very fortunate to have her as a doctor. Highly recommend!

I had a really great experience at this urgent care, it was actually surprising. A super compassionate medical assistant and doctor treated me- and I was surprised it was an actual doctor, not a PA (nothing wrong with being treated by PA’s- they’re great too). But very compassionate staff and they made discussing medical stuff that is sometimes uncomfortable, a more comfortable experience than I had anticipated. Will definitely return. I think my doctor was Dr Beck.
