You arrived at my home pretty close to the time that he said he would be there. He took a look at the microwave, tested it and indicated that the magnetron had failed. When I told him it was under warranty with Samsung , he said he would not charge the service fee because he really didn't do anything. I will certainly call on Hew again if I need appliance repair. Thx.

Hew’s answered my Yelp request for washing machine repair. I talked to Kirk and told him what the problem was. He said he could fix it and try to fit me in the next day. He was able to come and make the repair the following day. He brought the right part with him and the charge for parts and labor was less than any other company. Will call Hew’s first for any future appliance repair. He even let me hold the flashlight!Service: Washing machine repair
