Darell Edwards is definitely the man to ask for when you Service Experts (formerly Hays Heating and Cooling). We had a very difficult AC problem to solve and Darell was meticulous, truly listened, and solved it. He also explained the issue/situation and the solution/options very clearly. He is the man for your AC problems.
Noah came in looked over the job I needed and he went to get the parts that he would need in an hour he had it all done. Thank you Moon Valley Plumbing I would recommend them they are awesome ?
We had a big job of replacing the A/C and furnace, including the compressor on a 112 degree day. They were out same day and provided two portable A/C units for two rooms which really helped until our new units were ready for install. The main thing is the quality of the personnel was outstanding. Very hardworking and knowledgeable. Ours was a 6-hour job for a crew of three; Larry, Jeremy and Keagan, as well as Jonathan who was the tech for the initial visit.
