We have come here several times over the past year since moving to the Central Phoenix area.
Unfortunately there was a new groomer that groomed our dog yesterday where none of the specifications for her were followed (rounded head, leave the eye lashes etc..)
In addition she was bleeding from her anal gland and we saw a cut that happened at the groomer that was never mentioned to us. It was so bad her stool had significant blood in it and we consulted an emergency vet.
I have not been contacted by the owner after I called requesting to speak about this prior to writing a review.
Hoping they do call to resolve this as we are very, very disappointed with the grooming we received.

Johan has been grooming my dogs for many years. He has groomed my American Eskimos, Samoyeds and my show dog Aussie. He is perfection! He loves and cares about them like his own! He is family to us! Took my 1.5 year & 6 month old Cavaliers after a friend recommended. Got a bit lost, when parked I called to find the front door (it’s on the street side) and someone actually came out to meet me to show me the way in.
They did such a wonderful job. As a first time dog owner, they calmed my nerves as I had previous mobile grooming experiences that weren’t great. Friendly staff, our pups were happy and looked great. I’ll only take them here from now on. Thank you Haus of Dogs!
