I was trying to find a nail salon closer to me, I will not be coming back here! My nail color beautiful but that was the only good thing from my visit. My fingers are all dirty from the dip, my nails aren't straight and not even shaped the same. I'm really disappointed.

Came here for a simple gel manicure over my natural nails, a tip for my ring finger since it broke the day before, and little spider webs for Halloween spirit. The art is pretty terrible, I could of done better myself. My cuticles hurt for a week which has never happened after a manicure. The false nail looks like trash, it is so bulky and to top it all off, my thumb nail broke! Split halfway down my nail bed . I've never had nails break with gel polish on them. A total waste of $50 dollars. The last time I go somewhere for convenience- next time I'll travel for quality.

Took my daughter here for her last pedi, how in the world is this professional!!! This is her toenails after taking the nail polish off. What did I pay for?...for them to screw her nails up and over cut the cuticles (they were never dark like this). As a licensed Cosmetologist I expected more then this. Were their tools even sanitized, did they come out fresh from an unopened sanitized bag? Probably not. We will never go back to such poor service. Where are their pictured licenses for each nail technician? It should be displayed by each station they use!
