My wife was a patient at the last practice he worked and when he opened his own practice she was able to get right in for an appointment. Quick and courteous service. Friendly, knowledgable doctor with great skills. My hand surgery went well and healing is going exactly as Dr. Madden described it.
From the first phone call, I felt very comfortable. Naudia was very kind and informative, and helped me with my insurance. Heather was wonderful, and took her time with me both before and after my surgery. She knew I was nervous, got me a blanket, and put my mind at ease. She made sure that I understood my post-op instructions, and made sure I was comfortable before I left. The doctor put up with me and my questions and nerves, and made sure I didn’t have any discomfort during the procedure. I am very happy with choosing this office! Thank you, Phoenix Hand!
What a fantastic practice. Everyone was friendly knowledgeable and professional! It was fast and painless (until the numbing wares off do what they say, and get AHEAD of it) by day two it was ready to slowly start using again. What once was an outpatient surgical procedure where they put you to sleep, is now a 30 minute in and out, drive yourself. Don’t hesitant to go to this Doctor for ALL your hand issues!
