I had Georgia as my massage therapist and she was amazing! She was able to work out my knots in my shoulders, helped me relax and she added Himalayan Salt Stones. One of the best massages I have ever had!

Fayth is such a gifted masseuse. She asked where my problem areas were and how much pressure I wanted. In my 72 years, I have never had a massage where my many trigger points were released. Never before Fayth. Her hands are so strong. But she was also gentle. I would schedule massages more often if I lived here in the Valley. I was here to move my elderly mother, doing lots of physical labor. Fayth's work on my aching, hurting back and shoulders kept me able to move my mom. I give Fayth 5+ stars. Thank you so much!!

It's hard to find a good therapist that is consistent. When you find them you keep going back. Fayth is that therapist. She's amazing at what she does and is located in the PV location. Keep up the great work!

I canceled a massage six days in advance. See picture!
I was still receiving automated text messages that my massage was still scheduled. So, I called. I was assured over the phone that I did not have an appointment.
They were sorry for the confusion. Three days later; which was today. I log onto my bank account and I was charged a no show balance for 8/19. I called the location to clear this up. The manager Candice got defensive and did not attempt to rectify the situation. Brought up previous issues. Then, she Actually hung up on me. She Did not call me back. When I called the call center she dodged my call.
No worries! She immediately did email over a cancellation membership form! No surprise, still no call back.
I wonder how many other patrons have had an issues similar to mine?

Melissa gave me one of the best facials. I have had them all over the world, this was amazing. She is all about professionalism but talks in a language you can understand and not jargon. She recommended a plan and product to use, but was not pushy. Her expertise speaks for itself. The warm bed did sooo much as well.

Fayth is amazing! I totally recommend the 2-hour massage and I will definitely be a repeat customer with her. She is definitely in the right career field and has a keen sense of every tight spot that I had and was able to release a lot of the pressure I had my back and legs. The customer service at the front desk is always above reproach they always have a smile and they're always accommodating thank you Hannah

First time I have ever gotten a professional massage and this entire experience was incredible. I have had shoulder pain, back pain and knee pain for a long time and after this experience my body feels super loose and refreshed. 10/10
