I'm very unhappy about the service at this cemetery. We buried my Mom today
The chairs they put out were covered in bird poop!!! Yes, I can't believethey did not have the common sense and dignity to clean the chairs!!!! Most everyone there had the poop on the back of their clothes. For the price you have to pay this is absolutely disgusting and wrong. I'm very unhappy how this turned out. It was not well organized either.

Greenwood NEEDS a facelift!!! Pot holes in the entrance. Restroom are awful and back restrooms you need a code! Just awful! And the pictures posted online are AI just fake!!

From front desk service to Jorge’s help with the paperwork & explaining steps to follow thoroughly. Jorge was very patient explaining everything and making sure we could reach out if we had follow up questions. Rae was exceptional arranging service and providing empathy, care, and overall careful presence leaving no question unanswered. Losing our father has been incredibly hard, but we’re so grateful for the compassion and support we received from the whole team. They made a process we feared would be overwhelming feel gentle and manageable, and treated our father and family with such respect. We truly appreciate everything they did to honor our father. Our experience was great. Karla was very helpful and very pleasant. We really liked her. She was knowledgeable with all our questions. She did have a few problems with the computer and it took longer than expected but we didn't have any other place to go so it was okay. I would recommend her to anyone.

My brother is layed to rest here and every time I've visited him there's barely any grass his headstone is always dirty I'm not sure who is in charge of landscaping but I use to work in a cemetery near 59th and northern and I'm very disappointed in whoever's responsible because your whole job is making sure the cemetery is clean and looks good well it honestly looks rough then there's the driving a golf kart over everyones headstones that is very disrespectful stop doing that park it on the street like everyone else and walk have some respect and professionalism

Dealing with the loss of a loved one is stressful and painful all on its own. Raeanne was so patient, caring, and responsive to all my needs. She walked me through each task and answered all my questions. Each team member was very helpful, thoughtful and respectful. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs to make funeral or cremation plans for a loved one.

I am very disappointed with the current upkeep at Greenwood Cemetery. I have tried reaching out to management regarding the section where my mother is interred, but I haven't received a helpful response. The paint on the mausoleum is visibly peeling and looks neglected. Furthermore, the fencing along Van Buren is in disrepair and creates a very poor impression of the grounds. I hope the administration takes these maintenance issues seriously soon.

We’ve been dealing with Karla Gottry as our advisor for years. She has not only helped with pre-planning our own final desires, but she’s help us with services for some of our family members as well. Also, I can’t begin to count the number of times Karla has guided us through planning services for my fellow firefighters as well. She is a treasure for Dignity and Greenwood! We cherish her professionalism and friendship!
