I was able to check in online. Was notified of the time available. When I arrived, I was called within 5 minutes. The tech that worked on my hair was very personable and did a great job!

Probably won't go back to that location they were obviously understaffed the girl that cut my granddaughter's hair didn't even give her time to look in a mirror to see that it looked like she basically said I have to take care of the next customer I still tipped her for my cut and my granddaughters

The staff were so nice. They even kept my daughter entertained during my cut. My hair is not ideal for a brief cut though, so next time I plan to go to a salon. My hair is very straight and thick Asian hair, and cuts have to be extremely precise. I realize it needs a full hour to get it right, as the style of barbering at the Great Clips left some uneven ends. It was not the fault of the salon artist, as she already spent more than the allotted 14 minutes on my hair.
