Enjoy using the app to make an appointment. I usually wait less than a couple minutes to get in the chair. My haircut is pretty simple--a number 3 all over--so I don't need a particular stylist and they have all done a good job. They are quick and efficient, and also take care of my ears and eyebrows. It's a "great" experience!
