Richie is always kind and welcoming. My full-set came out good, a little rushed but the pedi was relaxing. My only feedback is to slow down on cuticles and shaping. Got nicked and had a couple of rough edges and a crooked nails. Also my techs conversation was a little corny but there jokes did make the time fly by.
