Nate was awesome!! Perfect deep tissue massage, good warm up into it and wasn't afraid to make me hurt lol great for recovery! He does some stretching as well which was great to finish up with some mobility as well.as incorporating some breathing too. Definitely recommend!
Nate relieved a great amount of my tension from my shoulders and lower back. He really focused on pressure points, and I definitely will be going back for more sessions for my shoulders. I already feel so much lighter.
