ABOVE AND BEYOND. I was turned away from 2 other national windshield replacement companies due to "need to clear codes" before replacing windshield and Honda and an another chain mechanic shop would not clear the codes "until windshield replaced." I got a referral to Glass Detail, and Travis was a ROCK STAR and took hours, yes hours, each week for 4 weeks, yes 4 weeks, working with my insurance and honda to make sure it is done and done correctly. Not only did they come to my home to replace my windshield, but they replaced the camera (which was the code issue) and calibrated the camera at my home. I am gushing over them because they helped me when no one else would.
Travis was very helpful and they did a great job with my windshield! They’re a State Farm partner and I last minute decided to replace my windshield before a trip. He worked to squeeze me in a day after filing my claim. The installer also pointed out the issues from my previous windshield instal. My mechanic said it looks like good quality.
