We had our AC start blowing warm air at about 2 in the afternoon. Mind you the temps outside were below 100 but with the humidity and my working from home, it was not an ideal situation. Spoke with Jazmine who hooked me up with Marco Gutierrez (I hope I got his last name right).GREAT person to deal with, very professional, and was willing to educate while checking the system and doing the repairs. Offered great advice for ongoing maintenance. This is why I had Geo.Brazil install and keep my system going strong for over 10 years.
Their first technician they sent was good and he fixed the initial problem but a few hours later my ac unit stopped working again. Within the hour they sent a 2nd technician Kelly who was amazing! It was late at night and he was very busy but still came and fixed our unit promptly. Great customer service! We will be using them from now on and highly recommend George Brazil for your air conditioning needs.
My ac stopped working, I texted George Brazil and received service on the weekend within 24 hours of reaching out. Ivan my service technician was friendly, on time even took the time while sweating to death in my attic to show me what the problem was. He gave me a firm lecture about not having the unit serviced annually. I bought the unit from George Brazil 8 years ago but never took them up on the free annual inspection that came with my purchase. I have never had a bad experience with this company and they deliver every single time. If you get Ivan as your technician, take care of him because he is a hardworking professional.
