My AC quit at 11 pm and when I contacted George Brazil at that late hour I received an immediate response rendering assistance. My AC unit was repaired the next day by a friendly repairman. The repair was covered as we have a 10 yr warranty and 10 yr maintenance agreement on the unit we purchased. Highly recommend this company for their responsiveness.
Great experience and very professional service. Andrew does an unbelievable job, professional, meticulous, and knowledgeable. Andrew truly cares about doing a professional job and did an outstanding job checking everything with our hvac systems with a fine tooth comb. He literally works as though it’s his own hvac system. Again thank you Andrew and George Brazil has an outstanding technician.
