Exceptional Service and Transformational Haircuts with barber, Johnny Lee. I stumbled upon this barbershop near the 101 and 7th Street (Union Hills) after trying out several others in Phoenix, and I can confidently say I won't be going anywhere else. From the moment you step in, you're greeted with promptness, courtesy, and genuine politeness. Johnny Lee himself has become my go-to barber, and for good reason. Wow, Fresh Cuts is a super clean barber shop. The staff there just don’t cut hair, they get to know you, and they go the extra mile to make sure you’re a satisfied returning customer. I absolutely love the way I feel when I walk out the door. Love Natalia and her caring professional touch.
