Priscilla at 5 Star RV exhibited the best customer service when I called needing mobile RV service. She wasn’t sure if they could work on residential refrigerators but asked if she could check and call me back. She called back and unfortunately they didn’t do that work but tried to recommend a company that could. She went the extra mile tine and again and stayed in constant communication with me about it! I’m sorry I wasn’t able to do business with this company but I really appreciate the excellent customer service. Absolutely phenomenal. I was having issue with my truck camper charging and my onboard generator. Ulises came out one day after calling, was incredibly knowledgeable and explained to me what was wrong, and how could maintain and repair any future issues, and fixed it all in a few hours. 100% recommend

I've been living in an old class-C RV for 3 years and almost 4 months, while an excellent way to save money, there are some things that need to be addressed for the modern experience of house living. I went 3 winters using the original 35 year old Atwood 6-gallon water heater. Almost 30 minutes of heating for a 5 minute hot shower in the winter doesn't seem like a good return on time & propane investment.
