My husband needed help with our rv. We had used other companies in the past, but took a chance. Man! So glad we did. Everything was explained so well and the work was phenomenal! I am so pleased with Ulisus and Jessica were the best! Thanks 5 Star! We will continue to use 5 Star in the future.

I needed an annual wheel bearing maintenance on our Montana Fifth Wheel RV. I called Five Star and scheduled it while we were going to be at a RV park in north Phoenix, AZ. I also asked for them to install a pair of "slide out skies" which protect the bottom edge of slide out from moisture. Ulysses, the tech and owner of Five Star, researched how to install them since it was a repair he had never performed. On the day of the scheduled service, Ulysses and his brother arrived right on time. I soon realized these two were just what I needed to have the job done right and professionally. These guys are the BEST for anything RV or trailers. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Priscilla took my call immediately after I had trouble getting a hold of someone to look at my older rv that I had just bought and couldn’t get the generator or many of the things to work. I had to re-schedule several times because I broke down on my journey from Wyoming to Phoenix and it wasn’t a problem at all. They were patient and responsive every time I called and once I finally arrived, the technician, Ulises, was SUPER knowledgeable and helpful.
