What can I say, I found a good semi shop in my area. Needed some work on my 2003 Peterbilt 379 I purchased. Got quotes from 4-5 shops. Ended up making an appointment at Massey’s. Kept it very honest with me about what was needed. Gave me a quote & to my surprise a week later when the 4 air bags, front brakes, rear brakes, u-joint & wheel seals were replaced, the total was a few hundred less than the original quote. Got in a jam a couple months later, called Massey’s, they got me towed off the highway & fixed another I had. I am amazed. After days of getting the runaround from the Cummins repair shop, we asked around and every other recommendation was for Massey’s Diesel &R.V. Repair. Not only did they do the engine repair for $2000 less than Cummins quoted, but they let us stay hooked up for two days. They also replace a clamp holding the dip stick tube that both Cummins repair shops missed. The fan blade was replaced in Four hours! This included removing and replacing coolant lines. It is nice to find a honest repair shop.

Our rv is still in the shop but I'm reviewing based on our experience so far.Everyone here is awesome. We have had no issues whatsoever and are being provided fantastic service each day. We are full time rvers with four dogs so we have to stay with our rig while it's here...that's no issue, it seems. We have been provided everything we need to be comfortable as we wait for parts to come in for repairs.Massy has been able to get us the parts we need quickly, despite many of them being hard to locate. Our rig is actually getting work done today which was really fast given the shipping issues affecting the US right now.We are committed to keeping Massy as our service center...read full review
