I tried to call and set up an appointment, unfortunately no one answered. Then I tried to show up to this business to schedule one. This place is not even there anymore, someone said it was permanently closed. Waste of time

Called and spoke to Victor 4 days prior to my appointment date. Victor asked what day/time would be good for me? I advised Victor hat I am retired and whatever worked for him would be good. Victor "chose" Saturday at 1:00 p.m., I agreed. Not only was Victor not at the salon, the door was locked, no one there. I called and left a voice mail at approx 12:45 p.m. advising I was at the salon, doors were locked. I left my name and number again, that I would wait until a little after 1:00 before we left. No one at the salon even had the professionalism to call me back. Extremely disappointed as my daughter, grand daughter and great grand son were with me. We were so excited to see what a new cut and color would look like, starting a new chapter of my life.

Stylist made thoughtful suggestions, clearly cared about making me look better, (I was kind of a mess.) and made sure I could relax. Everything I'd want in a haircut. Would 100% frequent this place if I lived in town.
