I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with a recent pedicure service at your salon. During my appointment, the nail technician cut off half of my toenail, resulting in significant injury.
While I was waiting for first aid, another customer was permitted to ridicule me without intervention. This behavior was completely unacceptable and, as a result, I felt compelled to leave your salon without receiving any first aid for my injured toes.
I am deeply upset by this experience and expect a prompt response regarding this matter.

This guy at fashion Nails gave me the worst pedicure I have ever had, my toes literally look worse than they did when I walked in. I should’ve took the clue when I walked in, and the place was empty.

Do not waste your time or money here. The service is horrible. They refused to give a refund after saying they will or they will tell you “they don’t know how” or “they don’t have cash”. Worst service of my life. The gel polish was literally peeling off and when showing the lady, she rolled her eyes and aggressively filed the nail completely ruining the integrity of my nail which was incredibly painful. Horrible.
