This clinic is a rare gem. The level of compassion exhibited by every single team member is truly breathtaking. They describe themselves as a 'judgment-free zone,' and they absolutely live up to that promise. Dr. Stanley and Dr. Isaacson lead with a sense of love and passion that clearly trickles down to the entire staff. Everyone I encountered was knowledgeable, genuinely happy to be there and incredibly kind. Both doctors are soft-spoken and sincere; Although my partner wasn't allowed to join me in the room, Dr. Stanley held my hand before the procedure and offered so much wisdom and positivity. I felt completely supported. This facility is truly amazing.

I just called and Karen was a bit rude she immediately asked about my period and was pressuring me to answer correctly I have irregular periods so I never have an exact answer but after that she said I can have an appointment on a certain day and I told her if it was possible to do a Saturday she immediately said no that it’s only for procedures she didn’t even asked what I was calling for I wanted to get a birth control implant isn’t that known as a procedure? And didn’t even let me finish talking and even when she was rude in the middle of telling her “ok thank you have a good day” she just hanged up the phone like wow didn’t even tell me thank you for calling have a good day just simple as that

The two bigger women at unit 215 at the front desk on 9/3/25 around 12pm were both very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Some have no choice due to miscarriage. I really hope they start to think before they speak to someone, negative rudeness can affect others, especially in a vulnerable time.

I had a good experience here back in march I went in for an abortion and they made sure it was what I wanted and made me feel So comfortable they had amazing staff during the procedure I wish I remember there names but they made me feel like I wasn’t alone so thank you all for all you did. Was also totally affordable :)

I got my surgical here, and it was the best experience I could ask for. The consultation overall took an hour, and I had to wait until the next day to get the procedure as required by state law, and was there for not even 2 hours. Of course it can all depend on how many people have appointments but I came at my set time, and it went as smooth as you could ask for. Not much waiting which helped my anxiety a ton. All the workers I met were insanely sweet, natural, and professional. Excited to answer any questions you have and want to make you feel as comfortable as you can be.
The actual procedure is obviously not a fun time, but not nearly as daunting as I thought. The room didn’t look like a scary hospital room filled with tons of people; everything feels natural and not like there’s anything you have to worry about. The lovely aid that was with me when she took my vitals and talked to me during was amazing, she went through the same thing so she knows how people in this position should be treated. The medication didn’t put me to sleep but instead made me completely forget the pain. I remember the procedure (which isn’t bad anyways because it wasn’t too scary), and I remember feeling a bit of pain at some parts, but I couldn’t even tell you what the exact pain was or felt like because it’s a blur.
Overall just a great experience for such unfortunate circumstances. The appointment wait time also wasn’t awful, Planned Parenthood was booked out for almost a month which is kind of impossible for this type of situation, meanwhile they were able to see me a week later from the call which could probably even be sooner depending on the availability.

These people are insensitive and push abortion on you!
Ive been here 2x, the first time in 2009 and had a miscarriage and the second time I had a boyfriend who refused to be a dad and forced me here. These people didn't care to step in. And during the procedure they played music and I asked for the music to be off or changed. Both times they ignored my request, till this day I'm triggered by the songs that were on during the visit. Save yourself the heartache and go elsewhere. Also really ask yourself how this will effect you later on. I still am emotionally traumatized and regret. Fast forward I more have 2 babies! Because of my abortions (d&c) caused scar tissue and caused severe complications for my pregnancies
So they never told me the reality that these procedures would or could cause issues for me later in life. No honesty to say hey you will be an increased risk for complications with uterus and placenta previa. Please do research

Took my mom here to the 2nd floor to get an ultrasound. she had been bleeding and cramping all morning so the doctors said they would take a look, before prescribing her an abortion pill. the nurse was very rude and wasn’t answering any of the question my mom asked concerning her safety. my mom already felt she was having a miscarriage but trusted the nurse when she said the baby is still there. the doctors prescribed her the abortion pill knowing the baby had no heart beat. thankfully my mom went to another doctor and they told her she could have passed away if she took the pill while already having a miscarriage. please women go somewhere else and do your research before trusting these doctors!
