I am truly dismayed and disheartened by the service or lack thereof to be more accurate. I had a consultant come by Monday 5/1 with the promise that the carpet would be installed the next day 5/2.it did not happen to the city tarring street near my home. scheduled for the next day 5/3 today, still no carpet no callback no information whatever even after I called the office, I got a voicemail stating after-hours protocol (this at 11:30 am Friday, May 3rd, 2024). called and got a voicemail stating I would get a callback soon, I even called the consultant Matthew James, who said he would contact the proper staff and make this right I never got a call back from him nor...read full review

Beware of this company. Their high pressure salesman wanted 100% payment up front of $24,000 for approx 700 sq foot flooring. They pressured an elderly disabled veteran with dementia to agree to do the work and scheduled it in 24 hours (I imagine to assure no competent family would find out in time). Complete elderly abuse and outrageous, I dare say criminal tactics. The salesman told them the $24,000 quote was after a “70% off.” Total rip off. The floor never needed to be changed in the first place.

Unfortunately, I have not had a good experience with Express Home Services and the Express Flooring. I decided to install rolled laminate flooring instead of another product because several friends and family members have installed it recently and had beautiful outcomes. I chose to go with Express Flooring over other companies because they had a particular style and color I liked over other companies. Their price was also competitive although I did prefer the quality of another company's laminate as it seemed to be more durable.
