I had an excellent experience with Elite Tech Repair and Adam. From the very beginning, he was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. He replied quickly, helped set up the appointment, and arrived exactly when he said he would.
Adam carefully inspected my Galaxy Note 20 5G, determined what was needed, and promptly ordered the replacement parts. As soon as the parts arrived, he completed the repair the very same day. The entire process was smooth, convenient, and stress-free.

If you’re debating who to call, stop scrolling and call Adam. ?
I called him THIS MORNING after absolutely destroying yet another phone screen (apparently I have a talent for it). Instead of making me drive across town, he came to me, showed up exactly when he said he would, fixed my phone crazy fast, and was super transparent the entire time.
