I had earlier today wrote about a bad experience I had over the phone with Earnhardt. I was very upset the way the call was handled. We have been going to Earnhardt for over 15 years and have had nothing but a great experience. We have the most amazing advisors and customer service. Today after I wrote a not so great review within an hour I got a phone call from Bull Earnhardt, he apologized sincerely and honestly. I just can say WOW to take the time to call a customer is something not done these days, but to know that this man really cares about his business and his customers made me a customer for life!!!
Absolutely the best experience I've ever had with a dealership. We worked with Robert initially looking at a used Lexus but found a Camry that was better fit into our price range. Rob wasn't pushy or insistent on us buying the car now, he understood we needed to take time to talk it over to make our decision. We spoke with his manager John as well who was equally understanding and undemanding. Once we got home and had time to discuss, we called Rob and made the deal a little interesting. We went from "just looking" and "no rush" to buying TWO Camrys they had on their lot. The whole process was such a relief to work at my pace and not feel like I'm making an impulsive decision. Shoutout to Brandon in finance for getting us a great deal on the warranty. The folks at Earnhardt Lexus treated us so well and have undeniably earned a loyal customer for the future. Thank you guys.

I was dreading visiting a dealership due to past experiences with pushy, aggressive sales people and was so pleasantly surprised by the kindness, patience, and follow up.
