Came in with my trail boss with no appointment and Jaime Soto took me in and gave me advice about my warranty and what it covers. Then I explained to him I've been giving issues with my AC and he immediately offered to look at it. He showed how to removed the glove compartment and check the air filter myself. To our amazement the filter was clogged and needed to be replaced. He is the type of employee I wish all companies had. His customer service and help was above and beyond. He should be recognized for his customer service and just being an all around good person.
This is a very friendly efficient group. They respond quickly to email or phone calls. I've been w them about 5 years and my experience has been very good even w a fender bender my rates have been very good. I recommend them based on excellent customer service.
