I've seen many people walk in while I'm there, expect to be able to get right in and you rarely can which then proceeds to people huffing and walking out and sometimes running their mouths. People, there are very few nail salons that take walk-ins post Covid and the ones that do, you're likely going to wait an hour MINIMUM. We live in a different world now and if salons turn people away it's because they don't want to pack people in with the intent of keeping people healthy, maybe it's because they are now short staffed. Regardless, it's their business and news flash: they can run it at their discretion and as they see fit. Plan your nail needs, pick up the phone and make an appointment. If you don't and can't be seen spontaneously, save the attitude and disrespect. Lee has been doing my nails, she's my one and only gal and I adore her. And, she ALWAYS gets me in when I make my appointments. If she isn't available for my pedi's, I go to Tina. And I'm a finicky, finicky female. Been going here for.....3 years, maybe 4? Not super fancy but in exchange, great prices. I'm not one to hop salons and have been very pleased, every time. Another upside to them rarely taking walk-ins: you'll never have to wait. I think the longest I've ever waited was 15 minutes, and that was literally only a couple times.
