About Donald & Sons Water Heaters LLC
**Donald & Sons Water Heaters LLC** provides reliable plumbing and water heater services across the Phoenix area. Customers describe the team as prompt, professional, and easy to work with, especially during urgent situations like weekend failures, holiday emergencies, or sudden leaks. The plumbers—including Mateo, Giovanni, and Antonio—are known for explaining problems in simple terms, handling repairs with care and skill, and respecting customers' property. Services include full water heater replacement, drain cleaning, sewer line repair, valve and pipe repairs, and water heater system diagnostics. In one case, a failed water heater was inspected immediately, and a new 40-gallon unit was installed the next day in a tight utility space, with the technician also checking the carbon monoxide detector and roof venting for safety. Another customer had a main water service line leak, and the crew moved fast from the first call to the final repair, keeping everything organized and respectful of the yard. For a tub/shower valve issue in an older home, Antonio replaced the worn internal part and chrome trim, explaining clearly that the washer alone would not stop the leak. During a Thanksgiving emergency, Mateo quickly cleared a main drain line blocked by a nail strip, and later Giovanni and Antonio resolved a sewer clog caused by a flushed trash bag. In another case, a leaking hot water shutoff valve was repaired the same day after the team picked up parts and finished in under half an hour. One customer woke up to hissing water and low hot water pressure; Mateo inspected the system, flushed out sediment, replaced a leaking flex connector, and restored steady hot water flow. Customers consistently highlight honest communication, fair pricing, and strong results. The team listens to concerns, works efficiently in the Arizona heat, and leaves the work area clean. Many say Donald & Sons Water Heaters LLC is their number one choice for plumbing and drain cleaning, and they would recommend the company to anyone in Phoenix needing dependable help.
Donald & Sons Water Heaters Llc has been such a bright spot in the plumbing service world. We called about several plumbing concerns in an older home we recently bought, and the office staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. They were able to fit us in the same day, which was a huge relief. Kaden sent a text soon after to let us know he was on the way, and he arrived promptly. We walked through all of our concerns with him, including a possible leak under the house, an odor coming from the water at the faucet, questions about the existing water filtration setup, and a few smaller plumbing items around the home. Kaden took the time to inspect everything carefully...read full review
I reached out about a sewer line problem that I first thought was a cast iron pipe issue. Giovanni responded right away, took my information, and scheduled a service window for the next day. He arrived on time, called when he was on the way, and quickly figured out what was causing the plumbing problem. He clearly explained the issue, went over the repair cost upfront, and then got started. The work was done efficiently, and he took time to explain the repair in simple terms after everything was finished. He also answered all of my questions, made sure the area was cleaned up, and checked that everything was flowing properly before leaving. After having trouble getting...read full review
I’ve used this plumbing company many times for jobs like septic line repairs, water filter installation, and putting in new sinks. They have always done excellent work and handle every plumbing service with honesty, care, and real professionalism. Antonio and the rest of the crew are friendly, skilled, and easy to work with. They explain the repair process clearly, make sure everything is working properly, and check that the job is fully finished before they leave. Their team keeps the work area very clean, and when the plumbing job is done, you can hardly tell they were there except that everything works perfectly. I was very glad a friend recommended them, and...read full review
