first of all my dog blew absolutely loves it and I love that they have activities every month like bubbles for the dogs to play in and photo sessions and water play outside. They also have things for pet parents like hot dogs and treat days for us. an important thing to me is that we can watch our pets on the video link so we can see how they're doing at any time. the staff handle our pets very well and are ready to intervene at any time if there's an incident and they have wonderful ways of managing those things ....you can tell they genuinely care about our fur babies
