Amazing Service! They were always responsive when I called and had someone out to service the printer within hours. Most of the time they were able to assist me with troubleshooting over the phone which shows their great knowledge of their products. I would definitely use their service again and recommend them to friends and family!

I went to take my printer in because it kept registering as a paper jam and my maintenance box, but there was no paper jam or maintenance box issue, it just needed some tlc. They were super helpful and were able to fix my printer error code in no time and got me back to work in no time. Thanks guys. Luna
