Tom at the Phoenix DAV helped me with my appeal back in 2014 but I also had to write my local congressman to open an inquiry against the Phoenix VA. I engaged congress as a dual-pronged approach. This resulted in success but even with the congressional inquiry, it took 5 years for the VA to finally make a decision.

These people were able to help me out with gas to get home when I was stranded at the Phoenix VA, they're ready and willing to help any veteran in need, and I cannot commend them more in anyway in my estimation
