Lilliana was very helpful, professional, and caring with getting my claim submitted. She was very thorough to ensure nothing was left out and everything that could be claimed was claimed. Will definitely recommend anyone to see Lilliana.
I just spoke with Dante Bertoldo today about filing and appeal. He was incredibly knowlegable and patient even with our phone issues starting the call. He shared all kinds of insight into this process and was passionate about supporting veterans. I would easily speak with him again about my VA concerns and this was a very pleasant experience.
The benefits counselors are a fantastic resource! Ryan was a massive help in getting my VA claim filed. Having a VSO that's actually certified by the VA and paid by the state DVS is huge. No worry if the volunteer VSO is keeping up with changes to the system, no need to go to the shark lawyers who will then take a cut of your benefits. Thanks to Ryan (himself a veteran) and the rest of the team for help in navigating the system to get earned benefits.
