I had to cancel my annual wellness checkup appointment for the second time, which caused me considerable concern. Fortunately, I spoke with Venicia, a customer service representative, who helped alleviate my worries about rescheduling. She reassured me that it was perfectly acceptable to change my appointment and arranged a new time for later in the afternoon, which suited my needs. Additionally, I requested a female doctor and appreciated her understanding of my preference. Large and efficient office with friendly staff. Excellent doctor. I really like how they can do the blood work right there. Huge plus to avoid the chaos at places like Sonora Quest. There is sometimes a wait but never more than 20 to 30 minutes. I'm not going to take a star off for that, because that just seems par for the course at busy medical offices unfortunately.
I been coming to Pepper Tree Clinic for 18 plus years, kudos to Dr Stienburg for being my Primary Dr since the beginning. He recently retired, im back to seeing the interns until i have a Primary replacement. He said, he'll refer me a good one.
