Horrible company, workers are underpaid. The workers are hard working individuals, unfortunately the boss doesn’t respect or value their workers and pay them accordingly to their skill set. Needs to be shut down.

I worked for this company for a few weeks and I was told they do drug testing yet one of the main leads Zach Shaffer on the site was doing drugs before work every morning. I was also let go due to him being concerned I would tell on him and replace him as lead so he told his boss I wasnt a "hard worker" and despite telling the company the truth that I seen him do drugs on the site I was told my pay would be cut and if I didnt accept the pay cut I would be let go immediately and the best they could do is do an "investigation" on him. Very disappointed in the company and extremely unprofessional that they would continue to employ a person with drug issues on the site.

This is the most unorganized company I have ever worked for. They under pay most of their workers and dont listen to the people that they hire and know what they are doing. they hire people with no knowledge in the industry at all and wonder why stuff doesn't get done. the leadership is terrible. One day your told one thing and a hour later it changes and this happens constantly. You are not allowed to tell the owner he is wrong even if he is or you will get reprimands or terminated over the phone (Very unprofessional). attitudes on site are terrible there is absolutely no direction on how things should be installed every person does it a different way the wrong way....read full review
