Although we did not end up using Progressive Roofing's bid due to underlying issues with our commercial building, I was very impressed with the honest and integrity of Service Manager Marcus. He explained how different materials would effect our project and how best we might be able to move forward. I recommend the company for their professionalism and straightforwardness. I really appreciated their time an effort.

I had a billing issue which took a little time to resolve but Progressive really stepped up to the plate this morning and took care of it! I appreciate their efforts, their willingness to look at the situation objectively, and for their understanding. We will certainly continue to use Progressive Roofing for our roofing needs!
