My technician, Trey Hardimen was punctual, helpful and honest. Unfortunately, the Trane unit is only 2 years old. It was installed by Desert Diamond Mechanical and had a refrigerant leak. I called their office on Sunday and actually spoke with Crystal. She scheduled me for the next morning. Mykal also assisted me with confirming the appointment. Finally, I am the tenant and they treated me as though I am the owner of the home. Desert Diamond Mechanical's Customer Service is exceptional.
Ismael was professional and took time to explain procedures and results to me for tuneup preventive service before and after work completion. Also provided information on ductwork services. He was patient and gave informative answers to my questions.
Philip does an amazing job when inspecting our unit. He does his due diligence informing us of the right course of action to take when necessary, He is always courteous and respectful of our home including our new baby girl and our 4 fur babies. We love this company and will continue using them for all of our cooling and heating needs after we move! We have been members of their annual contract for the entire time we have lived at our home and they have never disappointed. They make it so easy for me because they call/text to remind me it's time for service, and always have super convenient appointments available.
