Dr. Hiler has been my fathers and my childrens physicians anf mine ad well since 2010, I can only say great things about him and staff. Everyone from the front desk to the medical assistants in the back are all polite and courteous.

Arrived to scheduled appointment and was greeted by a smiling Rosario and Maryan who were polite, personable, professional. Once taken in, the assistant for vitals was great as well. Suess was attentive and answered all my concerns. Bloodwork was also on point. Overall great experience.

This will be a long review, but if you’re looking for an amazing doctor who actually CARES.. keep reading! Dr Suess has been my doctor for over 2 years when my previous doctor, Dr Chorney, left and I was at a loss without him because he was also an amazing doctor. I had to find a new doctor and I tried a different doctor at the practice and I didn’t like the experience, so the next appointment, I went with Dr Suess and OMG I’m SO SO happy I did because she is one of the GREATEST doctors I’ve ever had, if not THE BEST, and I’ve had many throughout my years. Firstly, she is REAL! She gives it to you real, with care, but she’s honest and really wants to help. Secondly, She is compassionate, relatable, thorough, pleasant, educated, humble, and most importantly she’s PRESENT! She would remind you of an old school doctor who remembers your last visit and actually remembers your name. Thirdly, She doesn’t rush your appointment even though she has other patients, she still makes you feel cared for and an importance of hers as HER patient. She is accommodating as best she can be and she allows you to have a voice in your care and treatment. If a medicine doesn’t work, she is more than willing to research a new one that will be more compatible and send the prescription if that works better than coming back in (as long as labs are not a requirement). And lastly, She is really kind and friendly. Throughout these last 2 years, I have had some concerns that required specialists, and without hesitation, she sent me to the specialists and I was able to correct medical issues early on with her monitoring and overseeing my overall health. I will forever be her patient no matter where she practices medicine because she is just THAT good! She is also my son’s primary care physician as well and that settles me to know my child is getting amazing care as well as a young adult. I am forever grateful for choosing her out of the many other physicians at the practice, but in my opinion, she is in a class of her own. So if you’re in search of a REALLY GOOD DOCTOR that is ready and willing to help you with your health needs, she is THAT doctor!!

If I could leave a lower starred review, I surely would.
Every single prescription refill I have is marked at the pharmacy as 'request sent to provider'. Every week I have had to call to have my doctor call them to verify the scripts. I'm out of 3 meds already, and called, again, today, this morning, and was assured that they would call the pharm to take care of it, but here at 5:12pm, the status on the Frys site remains unchanged. Either this office is completely incompetant, or the Frys pharmacy is.
Health care in America is the worst of any modernized country, and service like this is exactly why. Stay away. Stay far away.
I'll be figuring out what state agency I need to report this to and will do so most urgently on Monday. When I'll be out of a 4th prescription.
I'll be leaving a similar review for Fry's shortly.

Dr. Hiler and his team are amazing! He’s a caring, knowledgeable doctor, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. They do an especially great job supporting Spanish-speaking patients, making everyone feel comfortable and understood. Highly recommend
