The staff at the D Pet Hotels Arcadia were fantastic and super attentive and friendly the facility is clean and well taken care of our dog stayed three nights and we had pictures and reports every day can't say about them I highly recommend them .
I cannot recommend D Pet Hotels Arcadia enough! I boarded my high-energy pup here over Christmas break, and while an accidental scratch to his eyelid occurred during playtime, the way the staff handled the situation was world-class.
Because it was a holiday, they didn’t hesitate—they called to inform me of the situation and then rushed him to the emergency vet immediately and stayed by his side the entire time to make sure he was calm and cared for. They kept me updated every step of the way, which gave me such peace of mind during a stressful moment. Hands down the only place I trust leaving my puppy overnight! For starters, and most importantly in my opinion, they have an overnight staff - unlike other places - who are always keeping an eye out for the dogs in case they’re anxious or unwell. This was especially crucial when during his last stay, my pup was super anxious during a big storm and ended up licking his paw to the point it turned into a wound. He had staff help him throughout the night, bandaged it up, and they alerted me ASAP (if needed they would have also coordinated an emergency vet visit of course). If he was somewhere without an overnight staff it would have been hours before anyone could help him....read full review
