Great customer service. The store closes at 7pm. I called the store to let the gentleman know that I was running late because of Friday evening traffic. He promised to wait for me. I got there at 7:10pm. For real, he was waiting for me. He was very professional and promised to get my phone ready the next day. And he did. I like that.
I would like to appreciate CPR phx central for their good customer service. My phone was completely broken, they helped me fix it and offer the best solution for my data recovery. Thank you so much ! You guys are the best!
Afraid my phone would soon run out of power and die, but they cleaned out the charging port in about five minutes. Fast, simple, and no fuss.
