The staff inside the office was nice although i left not understanding my prescription. When i went to look at frames the sales rep looked at me with annoyance and couldn’t help me with my questions. Im not sure id come back to this place. Also when i asked the price i was quoted $80 and never told there were additional charges for other exams. So i left paying $120 thinking im doing the right thing getting the additional exams since ive never had an exam. It could be user error on my part and ill own up to that but they dont really make you feel welcome or open to ask “stupid” questions. Do what you will with my point of view.

One of the best eye exams I have had. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Dr Lauren was Great. She explained everything to me and what to expect later on in life. Thank you so much. And my glasses are ready.

I'm new to wearing glasses and had to return the regular and sun glasses I got from Costco after I had my optometrist adjust the prescription. It just wasn't working for me. I thought it would be a hassle but the guy working the counter, Greg, was very helpful and had it taken care of quickly. I even got money back since the prescription for the sunglasses was simplified.
