Today was our first time taking our son to Cookie Cutters & we are glad we found Lina. She was amazing & patient. This is where we are going to be going for haircuts going forward.

First experience was great. My second experience sent my daughter to the bathroom crying :.( She said the lady was tugging hard on her head, she didn’t even say but three words to her-never a smile. We specifically wanted to visit this store because of all the fun pictures on their website, it really looks like a positive fun place for kids. After calming my daughter in the bathroom and wiping her tears, I addressed it to the front and they just said I’m sorry-she must be having a bad day. And that was it. Great experience for my daughters 1st haircut. Lauren did a great job with her. I love that they have a kid friendly setting and gave us a cute little baby's 1st haircut certificate with a lock of her hair as a keepsake. Will be back for sure!
