I'd leave 0 stars if possible. Don't come here unless you have to. It's a joke. I hate to be this mean in a review but they do not care about you or your time. Medical staff that tells blatent lies? That's wild to me. Do not come here. Waste of time.

I left work during my lunch break to get a drug test for a new job. The receptionist, with a very serious and/or bitter face, couldn't even respond to my greeting. I thought she hadn't heard me and said hello again. This girl simply ignored my greeting again and in fact never responded to a simple greeting. After telling her I was coming for a drug test, she told me I would have to wait 2 hours for my test. There were only 4 people waiting at the place. It's ridiculous that I have to be late for work because I have to wait 2 hours in a place where there were no patients. What do they do all day? Just act like they're working while they take 30 minutes to do a simple drug test?

Very pleased with the staff here at Concentra from the receptionist, medical assistant and doctor!!! Was expecting much less and the doctor was knowledgeable and caring. Highly recommended place for medical care!!

I feel I was discriminated by the staff and manager while completing my drug screen. After having to walk in above 100 degree temperatures to reach the location, I was unable to provide enough urine for the test and they threw out my first sample. I hear the medical assistant Brianna Del Rio tell the office manager they thought I was not providing my urine.
The manager told her to make a copy of my order and they will call my potential employer. I drank more water and was not able to produce any urine the 2nd time. I was getting dirty looks by staff since I was sitting in the area by the managers office. This is per their "shy bladder " protocol.
After drinking more water I was finally able to produce enough urine to get to the min line on the specimen cup. Brianna and the office manager were smiling like I was going to fail the test. The manager then said, "I don't know if the machine will take it since it needs to be between the min and max lines." They did put it in the machine and said it was ok.
I called corporate whos response to other reviews from other patients with the same issues, "Yeah, people write about something they don't like." I said it's not about liking something, it's about how you treat your patients. They also would not take an anonymous complaint.
The front office staff also would look at overweight individuals doing DOT physicals with disgust.
I would give negative stars if I could. I will never recommend this company.

Didn't use my insurance despite me providing them with my insurance card on my first visit. When I called to talk about it, the woman was rude and kept repeating to me "what insurance" without letting me speak. I had to hang up because she wouldn't let me get a word in. The bill I received was hand written so I doubt my insurance will even accept it from me.

Was told the "process" takes a whole 2 hours. ive literally counted and watched 10 people go before me and when I asked when I'm next, they said I was "next on the rack". Currently clocking after 2 hours now and then I seen three more people get called before me. if you're seeking a DOT screening for a job, don't ever come here, avoid. Go somewhere nicer and with a more efficient staff.

I arrived at 12:30 for 1pm appointment. It's now 2:30. Please send help!! I am starving and certain I will die here. It's not busy, they just me and everyone who comes here. Blood pressure rising and actually feeling worse just being here and the torture. I have two pieces of gum left that I'm rationing for dinner. I've been able to drink out of the hand washing sink. Tell my children I love them!!

Was the second one in line on a Saturday. Arrived at 745am. About 8 people in line behind me. Still had an hour wait since they were short staffed. Just plan on being there at least an hour. Bring a book! Staff was nice and doing their best given the circumstances
