Our community is going downhill. Cars parked long term on cinder blocks. People putting 10 + trees in the front yard. Trash and garbage in the streets and public areas. I’m just scratching my head wondering where my $68 a month is going.

This is a great company to have managing an HOA Very attentive to all needs so far ;) I see people complaining about Non Spanish speakers at CMC and I have a solution. Learn English.

There have been many failures on CMC's part over the years in our community. Some that have cost us money, some that have only caused headaches.Our community's biggest gripe is the lack of Spanish speaking people at CMC. We have a community with many people that do not speak English or can't speak/understand it very well. Working with CMC on billing issues or anything else is difficult at best for them. They have refused on multiple occasions to hire a Spanish speaker.Another issue I have is lack of communication/documentation.
